After supporting looked-after children and young people in various capacities and local authorities for almost 30 years, Margaret joined Care Visions Residential in 2008 as an Operations Manager. In 2013 Margaret became Head of Operations within Care Visions Fostering Scotland and has continued to support the growth and development of this service to provide the best care possible for the children and young people in placement. She has been instrumental in the introduction of Therapeutic Crisis Intervention for Families (TCIF) and the development of Theraplay-based practice, two new interventions crucial to supporting carers and young people.
