Lorraine joined Care Visions Fostering Scotland in 2013 as a Supervising Social Worker, holding various roles including Team Manager Assessment, Head of Operations (East) and now Senior Manager Recruitment, Training and Development. Prior to this, Lorraine worked in Local Authority Social Work for 19 years, specialising in Child Protection, Intake, Adoption and Fostering, Criminal Justice, and was part of the backup Emergency Duty Team for 10 years. In her spare time Lorraine enjoys drawing, reading and long walks with her oversized dog.
