Care Visions is a growing company with multiple locations across Scotland that require continuous IT Support.

With this role working in our small but well-established IT Department, you will have an open platform to discuss and implement ideas that will ultimately benefit groups of vulnerable people.
You will be a 2nd Line escalation point for problematic helpdesk issues, so you’ll get to use your accumulated knowledge of systems architecture and data analysis to support the team in their delivery of effective IT Support.
Furthermore, you’ll have scope for development within the team and the opportunity to learn by getting involved in or even leading individual projects, like connecting new services to the company WAN, modernising server infrastructure or diagnosing complex issues using appropriate analytic tools.
We will need you to have a Bachelor’s degree in a computing related field, or equivalent work experience.
You’ll also need detailed technical knowledge of MS Active Directory, Windows Server 2008 – 2019 and an in-depth understanding of Office 365 cloud technologies, including Azure.
